The student hang out in the basement (teacher sanctioned and parent approved) where kids could smoke and listen to 45's. I recall hearing Three Dog Night's "Old Fashioned Love Song" for the first time down there.

Remember when Lanny played the cymbals in the Band?  I made him practice in the shower…..we were all going deaf…..now I feel bad I did that…..I’m sure it didn’t improve his hearing.
